Job Description
What You’ll Do
* Prepare and support month-end management accounts
* Post accruals, prepayments, revenue deferrals and journals
* Reconcile revenue and costs across entities
* Deliver clear variance analysis and commentary
* Complete balance sheet, intercompany and stock reconciliations
* Support audit and statutory processes
* Improve processes within the Management Accounts team
* Partner with teams across the business to resolve queries and ensure accurate reporting
* Contribute to acquisition integration activity where required
No two days are the same — you’ll need to be organised, analytical and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Finalist or newly qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
* Previous experience in a Management Accountant (or similar) role
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas)
* Solid understanding of accounting principles
* Experience with Sage 200 (desirable)
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
* Detail-focused, proactive and solutions-oriented
