About The Role An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Sales Professional with drive and ambition to be appointed into the role of Area Development Manager for one of our well established UK Drainage Depots. This role is reporting to the Regional Sales manager to develop new business opportunities as well develop existing relationships. Location: Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 Hours per week. Salary : Depending on previous experience uncapped earning potential) Responsibilities – But Not Limited To Targeting and sourcing new business across the region Working with National accounts to develop and grow business Attending site visits to evaluate work requested Quoting for works quickly in accordance with costings Proactively following up on quotations to secure business Upselling to existing clients, maintaining relationships and understand future needs to secure business Managing your own diary, administration Working closely with depot manager to achieve sales targets and forecasting Travelling to various locations and regional training events & meetings Attending sales events, networking events Proactively selling the services through advertising campaigns and linkedin etc Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role Business to Business Sales experience essential Service industry sales experience - ideally with drainage/waste management or construction related industry or multi utility essential Excellent work ethic who can go above and beyond to ensure the best service is delivered Desire to succeed in a niche but highly rewarding market What We Offer Full induction programme and ongoing training/development with promotion opportunity Talent Reviews 24 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension and death in service Uncapped earning potential.
