Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Personal Assistant to MD role are:

3. Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including organising meetings and appointments.
4. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
5. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
6. Act as the first point of contact, handling calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
7. Maintain and organise files, records, and documentation accurately.
8. Assist with confidential and sensitive matters, ensuring discretion at all times.
9. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
10. Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and other team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Personal Assistant to MD should have:
