About the Team
The Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) team ensures the mental and physical wellbeing of our employees. We work with managers, associates, and local authorities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations, creating safe workplaces. Opportunities range from Health and Safety Technicians to Programme Managers, all contributing to safety standards and project execution.
Minimum Qualifications
* Degree or equivalent qualification aligned with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) and NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma or higher.
* Experience managing a team.
* Experience complying with local health and safety legislation.
* Proficiency in verbal and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
* Qualifications or experience in sustainability.
* Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including leadership.
* Chartered membership of a relevant industry body (e.g., IOSH).
