Hereâs what you need to know.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborating with the EMEA Legal and Marketing teams.
* Drafting and negotiating a variety of marketing agreements like sponsorships, master service agreements, brand partnerships, IP licenses, and confidentiality agreements, among others.
* Keeping form contracts and commercial agreements up to date.
* Assisting with special projects as needed to help meet Monsterâs business goals, as directed by the VP of Legal or senior management.
* Working closely with other members of Monsterâs friendly, non-hierarchical Legal team
About You:
* Solid academic background, ideally with an LLB and LPC.
* At least 12 monthsâ paralegal experience in a commercial setting (in-house or private practice).
* Proven experience with Confident in drafting, reviewing, and managing documents contracts through full lifecycle
* Works well with others and enjoys teamwork.
* Proactive, passionate, and knows how to get things done.
* Good commercial sense with a sharp eye for detail.
* Great at staying organized and handling multiple tasks at once.
Please note this is a temporary, day rate contract for approx. 5 months.
Day rate calculated at ÂŁ35,000 pro-rataâd equivalent.
