An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant (Trainee) to join an insurance provider based in Edenbridge. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a long-term career in customer service and insurance. .

The Role
The successful candidate will support a dynamic operation underwriting insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as part of a dedicated Customer Service Team, delivering high-quality support to clients, brokers, internal teams, and industry professionals.
* Guide clients through the sales and completion process.
* Maintain accurate records, with a keen eye for detail.
* Communicate effectively over the phone and by email.
* Work towards achieving Cert CII professional qualification, supported by the employer.
Key Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) with Grade B or above in Maths and English.
* Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
* A confident, personable, and hardworking individual with ambition and a desire to progress.
