Duties
- Support multiple sites with vehicle servicing and repairs, maintaining high‑quality standards and first‑time fix rates
- Conduct basic diagnostics and vehicle health checks, using video reports to communicate issues and solutions
- Assist with MOT testing in accordance with DVSA standards where applicable
- Maintain clear communication with workshop supervisors regarding work progress
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies
- Deliver professional, efficient service to uphold customer satisfaction
- Support with vehicle repairs and maintenance, including diagnostics and health checks
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mobile Mechanic or Technician within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
- MOT qualification is highly desirable; MOT certification (training can be provided if necessary)
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
