Customer Service Team Leader - Ringwood - up to £30,000
Our client is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Team Leader to strengthen relationships with existing customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new ones.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
* Monitor SLAs, TATs, and customer portals to ensure targets are consistently met.
* Manage team availability and scheduling to maintain service coverage.
* Act as the escalation point for complaints, resolving issues within agreed timeframes.
* Conduct monthly 1:1s, Return-to-Work, and performance meetings as required.
* Assign tasks with clear deadlines and track progress to completion.
* Deliver weekly performance reports to senior leadership.
* Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
* At least 2 years of leadership experience within a call centre environment
* Proficient in using call centre systems and call management tools
* Strong motivation, coaching, and team development skills
