Job Title: Female Drivers Support Worker
Location: Market Drayton, Shropshire
Halo Staffing is urgently seeking a dedicated and reliable female Support Worker to join our team, providing essential care and support for individuals in the Market Drayton area.
Due to the personal nature of the care required, this position is open to female applicants only. This is a genuine occupational requirement to ensure the privacy and dignity of the individuals we support.
Responsibilities
* Providing person-centred care and support.
* Assisting with daily living tasks.
* Supporting individuals with their independence and personal development.
* Maintaining dignity and promoting well-being.
* Assisting with moving and handling duties safely and effectively, where required.
Salary and Hours
Pay: £12.40 - £19.20 per hour*
*Higher pay depending on needs and circumstances (Weekends, nights, bank holidays, etc.)

Requirements
* Enhanced DBS registered with the DBS Update Service or willing to apply for a new check.
* Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence and competence in moving and handling techniques, or a willingness to be trained.
* Right to work in the UK.
