About the Role
As an RE Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and reflective lessons in Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 depending on experience.
Plan, assess, and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
Encourage students to explore diverse worldviews and develop respectful, informed opinions.
Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider ethos of the school.
Support extracurricular and enrichment opportunities linked to personal, social, and spiritual development.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a committed and reflective RE teacher who has:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education.
A passion for developing students’ critical thinking and cultural understanding.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
The ability to inspire and motivate learners across different abilities.
A commitment to professional growth and team collaboration.
