A fast-growing and highly respected structural engineering consultancy specialising in timber design is looking for a Structural Engineer to join its small, but highly skilled team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative timber engineering projects, whilst enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote role. \n\n As Structural Engineer, you will:\n\nDeliver structural design solutions for timber projects, ensuring compliance with UK standards and client specifications.\nProduce accurate technical drawings and calculations using AutoCAD and specialist timber software (i.e.
MasterSeries, iCalc).\nWork collaboratively with the Managing Director and Senior Engineer to meet tight project deadlines.\nCommunicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and aligned with project requirements.\nWe’re looking for a Structural Engineer with:\n\nPrevious experience working with timber structures in a similar role.\nProficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of timber design software (MasterSeries, iCalc desirable).\nStrong knowledge of UK building regulations and Eurocodes.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a small, remote-working team.\nThis is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a growing consultancy at an exciting stage in their development.
