Early Years Nursery Practitioner required for Full and Part time positions within our client's large, friendly nursery in Gosport. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare is essential. Nursery hours are between 07:30-18:00 Monday to Friday. The Nursery is open all year round. Plan and support age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning. Observe, assess, and record children's progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date learning records (e.g. observations, next steps, learning journeys). Act as a Key Person, building strong, secure relationships with assigned children and their families. Support children to reach their full potential, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), in line with the SEND Code of Practice.
