Senior Architectural Technologist Role
The role of Senior Architectural Technologist will see you taking a leading role and a supporting role in all aspects of commercial creative delivery to a range of existing and new clients offering the highest possible client centric professional services.
You will be proficient in all aspects of project design and delivery though RIBA stages 0-7, inspire and develop junior colleagues to ensure the highest quality synergetic service delivery.
What our client requires
1. A seasoned and career aspirational Senior Architectural Technologist with circa 10 years’ experience currently operating at a Senior or Associate level.
2. MCIAT would be highly desirable.
3. Previous experience of working in a Commercial Architectural Practice.
4. Experience in projects within High-Rise Residential, Retirement living, government framework projects to include MOD, MOJ, Dfe.
5. An interest in specialized areas of construction such as MMC, carbon net zero initiatives, health & well-being.
6. Engage in a proven business development strategy cantered on key account management, while nurturing and expanding client relationships.
7. A client-centric approach.
8. Keen to work in an environment offering the best of collaboration and modern working flexibility.
