The Team Leader role will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all tasks in the Preparation Stage including:
* Control plate work, XT1 pin checks, door preparation, cable making, fit Out (Stage 0)
* Leading and organise daily activities in the preparation area
* Ensure control plates, pins, doors, and cables are prepared to spec and on schedule
* Support team members with training and development
* Monitor quality and safety standards across all tasks
* Communicate effectively with production management and other departments
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiative

* Ability to lead by example and support others
* Competent with Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word
