About The Role
Lloyds Clinical are looking for a Nursing Administrator toprovide effective administrative support to the nursing teams to enable service delivery and patient care.
Key accountabilities include,
* Providing administrative support to enable nursing service delivery
* Proactively assist new nurse colleagues with induction on HR and payroll processes, escalating support requests as required
* Accurately order new or replacement uniforms, equipment, materials/consumables for nurses as requested
* Provide support for invoicing/PO queries, ensuring relevant information is captured and shared with appropriate stakeholders for resolution
* Monitoring and managing queries received through the nurse admin mailbox
* Assess and review queries received to the nurse admin mailbox
* Prioritise mailbox enquiries, ensuring each is responded to according to their priority
* Organising and supporting the planning and booking of relevant training activities for nursing colleagues
