The school caters to primary students with diverse learning needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEN teacher or a mainstream teacher looking to transition into SEN education. The Role: * Deliver tailored, engaging lessons for students with special educational needs (SEN). * Support students with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and behavioural challenges. * Work alongside SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to implement personalised learning plans. * Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. * Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support students’ learning and wellbeing. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential * Experience in SEN education or a strong interest in transitioning into SEN teaching. * Knowledge of EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans) and adaptive teaching strategies. * Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills. * A compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach to teaching.
