* Overseeing workflow, service standards and the quality of client delivery within the team
* Working closely with insurers and internal colleagues to secure the right outcomes for clients
* Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and helping resolve more complex cases when needed
* Contributing to the wider development of the team and the office
