Job Overview
Southern Water is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Communications & Campaigns Manager to join our Marketing and Brand team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Brand, you will establish and lead a new Customer Communications and Campaigns team dedicated to delivering a cohesive, insight-led strategy.
You will develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with key business priorities, enhance Southern Water’s reputation, and educate customers. A key focus will be supporting reputation recovery efforts in Hastings following a serious incident through targeted, collaborative campaigns.
Your role will include responsibility for customer communications, including email newsletters and service comms. This includes overseeing the communications plan for key customer journeys ensuring that all activity works together to deliver a joined-up outcome for customers. Your role will involve managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, leading agency partnerships, overseeing campaign budgets, and driving measurement and analytics to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment. * Experienced in managing key stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external agencies
* Strong budget management experience
* Recognised marketing qualification (e.g., CIM or equivalent) preferred

Package
This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home.
