Credit Control Lead - Accounts Receivable Salary Circa £42,000 We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Lead to join our team. This is a great job for someone who is ready to take the lead in building strong broker relationships and shaping how we manage credit control. You might be stepping up into leadership or already have experience guiding teams through change. If you're confident with data, great at solving problems, and love bringing people together to get things done-this could be your next move. A bit about the job: You'll be the go-to expert for a group of brokers, helping us collect payments on time and resolve queries quickly. Working closely with offshore colleagues, you'll help shape a consistent approach to credit control. You'll also coach and support others, making sure we're always improving. This role is key to keeping our finances healthy and our relationships strong.
