Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual to support the operations of an established family office.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for all day-to-day compliance and governance of the portfolio companies and the main Family Office itself.
This is a hands-on, dynamic position within a lean team, ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is eager to take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a range of matters across the family office portfolio
* Manage regulatory compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, including GDPR and other relevant regulations
* Respond to requests for KYC information and documentation from service providers and portfolio entities
* Periodically evaluate existing KYC processes
* Create Board packs for portfolio companies, outlining developments and assets
* Organise and ensure proper execution of Board meetings for underlying portfolio entities, draft legal documents such as resolutions, and maintain meticulous records
* Liaise professionally with directors, banks, law firms, accountants, and other service providers
* Uphold high standards of discretion and confidentiality
* Evaluate corporate structures for disclosure risks and regulatory concerns, proactively flagging potential issues
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years' compliance experience, preferably in Real Estate or Financial Services
* Legal background and/or corporate secretarial experience is desirable but not essential
