This role is ideal for a technically strong and commercially minded individual with a proven background in project delivery, client management, and team leadership within a structural consultancy environment.

Associate Director Job Overview
* Lead and deliver structural engineering projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
* Manage design, documentation, and project delivery to ensure compliance, quality, and deadlines are achieved.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction.
* Provide technical leadership and input on complex design matters.
* Review and sign off the work of engineers and technicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Build and maintain new and existing client relationships to support business growth.
* Mentor and support junior engineers through Chartership and technical development.
Associate Director Job Requirements
* Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE or MIStructE)
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in structural design and project delivery.
* Strong background working within a consultancy environment.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Proficient in software such as Tekla, Tedds, and familiar with Revit/BIM processes.
* Strong understanding of Eurocodes, British Standards, and Building Regulations.
* Experience with BIM methodologies.
