Male Support Practitioner - Waking Nights (Full-time) at TieTalent. Make a positive difference in someone’s life by becoming a Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Inverness services and helping support the people who need it most in our communities.
Responsibilities
* Social Support - Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various clubs and leisure activities such as day centres, bowling, cinema, swimming, etc.
* Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication.
* Personal Care - Assisting people to maintain wellbeing by supporting personal care, including showering/bathing, dressing, arranging visits with professionals (dentists, doctors, opticians), and incontinence care.
* Practical Support - Helping people maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, shopping.

Requirements
* No previous care experience required; training and qualifications provided through our award-winning learning & development team prior to starting.
* All new staff members will be required to register with the SSSC within 3 months of their start date.
* All successful applicants will be given a conditional offer subject to satisfactory references and PVG; having a conviction will not necessarily debar you from working in this sector.
