United Infrastructure Services is looking for a Document Controller, as we expand our Energy division to meet the demands of AMP8.
As our Document Controller, you will:
* Manage project documentation— organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently.
* Administer the Document Management System (DMS)—setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security.
* Ensure compliance—maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards.
* Support the project team—assisting with document formatting, templates, and best practices.
* Monitor version control—ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents.
* Enhance processes—identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices.
Qualifications
💻 Technical Skills: Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.
📂 Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
