The Role We are seeking an exceptional senior midwifery leader to join CUH as Director of Midwifery & Deputy Chief Nurse. This is a key executive leadership role, accountable to the Chief Nurse, with responsibility for the strategic leadership, professional oversight and operational delivery of maternity services across the Rosie Hospital and the local community. You will act as: * The professional lead for midwifery and maternity services * A champion for women-centred, safe and high-quality care * A corporate leader, deputising for the Chief Nurse and holding a Trust-wide portfolio, including leadership of the inclusivity and equity agenda across nursing and midwifery You will work closely with system partners across the Integrated Care System (ICS) and represent CUH at local, regional and national level.
