About the Role We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to oversee the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of injection moulding machines. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The team works on a continental 4-On 4-Off, 12 hour shift pattern, which rotates days and nights. Salary up to £43,416 (inclusive of 34% shift allowance) plus attendance bonus of £1170 per annum paid bimonthly. OT available at 1.75 rate and 2x on Bank Holidays. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate injection moulding machines in accordance with production schedules and specifications. Adjust machine parameters to optimise cycle times and product quality. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on moulded components. Identify and troubleshoot machine faults or defects, implementing corrective actions promptly.
