Miryco Consultants is working with a leading Financial Services firm to source a Recruitment Coordinator for a 4–6 month contract position. The Recruitment Coordinator will support the full recruitment cycle by coordinating hiring activities, maintaining candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
* Manage job postings across multiple platforms (company website, job boards, etc.).
* Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) — specifically Greenhouse — with candidate information and recruitment progress.
* Prepare and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment-related communications.
* Assist in onboarding new hires by coordinating background checks, reference checks, and document collection.
Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related roles.
* Proficient in Greenhouse and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Location: London
Contract: 4–6 months
Hybrid Policy: 4 days office / 1 day remote
