Salary: OTE £27,690 per annum (OTE £13.28 per hour) including tronc.
As our Duty Manager you will be responsible for encouraging effective communication and organisation across all departments, liaising with the Hotel Manager on all aspects of the hotel operation whilst demonstrating a positive attitude in all that you do. We require someone who thrives from working within a team environment but equally happy to work alone to complete all tasks within a consistent and timely manner.
This involves all health and safety compliance, including fire prevention, providing a confident approach towards the safeguarding of the hotel.
We are seeking someone who has a strong background in food & beverage operations. Knowledge and experience in rooms, revenue & reservations is highly beneficial.
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a hospitality management role and a strong understanding of food & beverage operations.
