We are working with a specialist Mechanical Contractor that delivers high-quality Design & Build projects across London and the South East. The Role
* Preparing and managing mechanical tenders for D&B projects.
* Producing accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions.
* Working closely with the design and delivery teams.
* Negotiating with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
* Supporting commercial reporting and performance monitoring.

Who We're Looking For
* Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical QS experience within building services.
* Strong knowledge of D&B mechanical projects.
* Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail.
