Role: Serious Injury Fee Earner (Grade B)
Location: UK Wide / Fully Remote (Occasional travel required)
Salary: £41,500 - £52,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading national personal injury practice to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner. What you'll be doing
* Managing a caseload of serious injury claims, predominantly RTA-based (£50k - £150k)
* Handling litigated matters involving complex liability, causation and quantum issues
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss
* Liaising with clients, counsel and a range of experts including medical professionals, case managers and forensic specialists
* Securing interim payments and supporting effective rehabilitation strategies
* Delivering exceptional client care to individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries
* Conducting case reviews and supporting the development of junior team members
* Supporting your Team Leader in driving performance, quality and team engagement
* Contributing to business development activity and building your professional profile within the sector
What they're looking for
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
* Typically 4+ years' experience handling serious injury / multi-track personal injury claims
* Strong technical knowledge of litigation, court procedures and case strategy
* Proven experience managing claims in the £50k - £150k range
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment
* Confident using case management systems and standard IT packages
