<div><p><b>Role:</b> Serious Injury Fee Earner (Grade B)</p><p><b>Location:</b> UK Wide / Fully Remote (Occasional travel required)</p><p><b>Salary:</b>£41,500 - £52,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits</p><h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading national personal injury practice to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Fee Earner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team specialising in complex, high-value claimant work. The firm is recognised for delivering outstanding client outcomes on life-changing injury cases, supported by a strong infrastructure and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach. You will be joining a business that genuinely prioritises quality over volume, offering the time, support and autonomy needed to manage your caseload effectively whilst continuing to develop your technical expertise and professional profile.</p><h3>What youll be doing</h3><ul><li>Managing a caseload of serious injury claims, predominantly RTA-based (£50k - £150k)</li><li>Handling litigated matters involving complex liability, causation and quantum issues</li><li>Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss</li><li>Liaising with clients, counsel and a range of experts including medical professionals, case managers and forensic specialists</li><li>Securing interim payments and supporting effective rehabilitation strategies</li><li>Delivering exceptional client care to individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries</li><li>Conducting case reviews and supporting the development of junior team members</li><li>Supporting your Team Leader in driving performance, quality and team engagement</li><li>Contributing to business development activity and building your professional profile within the sector</li></ul><h3>What theyre looking for</h3><ul><li>Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Typically 4+ years experience handling serious injury / multi-track personal injury claims</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of litigation, court procedures and case strategy</li><li>Proven experience managing claims in the £50k - £150k range</li><li>Excellent communication and client care skills</li><li>Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues (desirable)</li><li>Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment</li><li>Confident using case management systems and standard IT packages</li></ul><h3>Whats on Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary between £41,500 - £52,000</li><li>Annual performance-related bonus</li><li>Fully remote working with flexibility</li><li>High-quality, complex caseload with genuine autonomy</li><li>Clear progression opportunities within a national practice</li><li>Private healthcare, pension and flexible benefits package</li><li>Strong focus on training, development and career progression</li><li>Supportive, collaborative and forward-thinking team culture</li></ul></div>
