Administrator – Finance Business Services & Internet Sales Location: Vertu Motors Head Office, Gateshead Salary: £12.21 per hour fantastic company benefits Hours: 42 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (flexibility required) Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Vertu Motors Head Office in Gateshead, supporting two dynamic departments – Finance Business Services and Internet Sales. This is a varied and rewarding role perfect for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Finance Business Services (F&I Helpdesk): Manage and assign tickets on the F&I Helpdesk to appropriate team members Handle 1st and 2nd line helpdesk requests and follow through to resolution Maintain the F&I Helpdesk system and drive continuous improvement Produce monthly helpdesk reports highlighting trends, compliance issues, and coaching needs Collaborate closely with the wider F&I team to resolve queries and support process improvements Internet Sales Administration: Add and coordinate sales leads from manufacturers into the internal system Liaise with Internet Sales Executives to ensure smooth lead management Input third-party leads into our internal showroom system Action and book in aftersales leads Perform general administrative duties across both departments What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills: Strong written and verbal communication Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Great organisational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Confident and professional when dealing with internal teams and external customers Desirable: Experience using advanced Excel functions Previous experience in a regulated environment Background in the Motor Trade (not essential but advantageous) If you’re looking for a role that offers variety, challenge, and the chance to work across two vital areas of our business, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
