Reception/Day Concierge, Temporary, £12 per hour
Your new company Hays are partnering with a well-known charity to recruit for a Reception/Day Concierge on a temporary basis. Your new role As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will ensure a smooth sign-in and sign-out process. You'll handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency, while also taking on a variety of general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will also be responsible for cash handling. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in a receptionist role Excellent customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in cash handling
What you'll get in return £12 per hour 42 hours average over two weeks (week 1-36 hours, week 2-48 hours, 8am -8pm, occasional Saturdays and Sundays) Temporary for 8 weeks with possible extension North Belfast location Online timesheets with weekly pay Access to retailer discounts Access to thousands of learning and development courses
