My Walsall based client are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join their dynamic team due to growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Duties:-
1. Manage incoming enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
2. Ensure all customer enquiries are addressed in a timely and professional way to maximise opportunities for business conversion.
3. Drive profitable sales while maintaining the company’s standards for quality, professionalism, and ethical trading.
4. Manage each enquiry through to its conclusion, ensuring customer needs are fully addressed.
5. Prepare and issue accurate quotations in a timely manner and conduct appropriate follow-ups to support process.
6. Actively seek and identify new business opportunities, while remaining open to other potential revenue streams.
7. Perform all necessary administrative tasks associated with customer queries and order processing in an organized and efficient manner.
8. Support additional duties within your capabilities as requested, including covering for colleagues during periods of absence or high demand.
Key Skills:-
9. Must have experience of working in a fast paced sales environment in a sales, account management or internal sales capacity
10. Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
11. Good negotiation skills and able to convert enquiries to sales
12. Proactive in nature who thrives on working to sales targets
13. Can do attitude and willing to learn and expand knowledge as you grow with the business
Due to location it would be ideal if you drive and have your own transport.
