The role reports to the Finance Manager and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the financial stability and efficiency of the organisation. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Managing accounts payable and receivable processes. Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies. Preparing and processing invoices, expense claims, and payment runs. Assisting with payroll data and financial reporting requirements. Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Ensuring compliance with financial policies and relevant legislation. Maintaining organised and secure financial documentation. Supporting audits by providing required financial information. Monitoring cash flow and highlighting any issues or risks.
