Job Description:
The project involves streamlining visual merchandising operations to ensure smooth execution of window displays, store projects, and campaigns across regions. The Store Development Operations Coordinator will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain brand standards and improve operational efficiency.
What will the role entail?
* Collaborate with Store design VM and Windows teams on administrative tasks.
* Create opening packs for projects and coordinate their completion.
* Procure and coordinate supply & propping items for projects.
* Manage purchase orders and invoices.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for each project.
* Distribute store development project schedules and ensure team updates.
* Handle shipping paperwork for international deliveries.
Requisitos / Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in operations or supplier coordination, preferably in retail or visual merchandising.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills for managing multiple projects across regions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising at all levels.
* Willingness to attend site setups and activations in the UK and EU.
* Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
Location requirements:
This role is based in the UK due to close collaboration with the creative team and client-facing responsibilities. Regular travel within EU regions is expected for supplier meetings, store visits, and project setups.
