Junior Designer - Dresses (Womenswear) at Disturbia
Location: London, United Kingdom | Department: Design

* Support seasonal concept development through mood boards and research.
* Collaborate with the buying, print, and tech production teams to ensure garment quality and alignment across collections.
* Design with awareness of price architecture, margins, and market pricing.
* Support product development from sampling to production, aligned with critical path and deadlines.
* Liaise with global factories and across departments within the business.
* Have knowledge of fabrics, trims, pattern making, and garment construction to lead creative design and participate in fittings and sample amendments.
