About the role We’re looking for a confident, highly organised and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & CEO. This is a true right-hand role, providing high-level strategic and operational support - protecting their time, staying several steps ahead, and ensuring they’re able to operate at maximum impact across the business. You’ll be fully embedded in the CEO’s world managing their day-to-day, anticipating needs before they arise, navigating shifting priorities, and confidently taking ownership of communication, logistics and planning on their behalf. You’ll also manage our Office Manager and Office Coordinator, ensuring they’re supported, aligned, and delivering a smooth and high-performing office experience. Day to day responsibilities Executive Support to the CEO Act as a trusted partner to the CEO - protecting their time, planning strategically, and staying one step ahead. Manage a complex and fast-moving schedule with precision and foresight. Confidently prioritise and push back where needed to ensure focus remains on what matters most. Quickly understand their working rhythm- knowing when to break their flow and which meetings truly require their attention. Plan and manage global travel with detailed itineraries and full logistics. Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion. Work with Legal and Corporate Governance to organise all legal and board meetings. Work closely with the Communications team daily to manage all PR and media engagements. Be available outside of standard hours, when necessary, particularly during travel or business-critical periods. Leadership & Office Management Line manage the Office Manager and Office Coordinator. Be the decision-maker for all office-related matters and internal operations. Act as escalation point for office and facilities queries or challenges. Ensure the office remains a professional, well-run and welcoming space for the team and guests. Event & Project Management Oversee all CEO and board-led events- such as strategy offsites, investor sessions, and internal leadership gatherings. Lead event planning from start to finish-managing logistics, vendors, guest lists, and on-the-day execution. Delegate appropriately across the office team and liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Be on-site for major e vents to troubleshoot issues and ensure everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for… Significant experience supporting C-Suite executive in a high-growth or fast-paced business. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand business priorities quickly. Organised, calm and confident under pressure - able to handle multiple moving parts with ease. Proactive, high-energy and always two steps ahead. Comfortable making decisions independently, pushing back when needed, and managing upwards. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with strong judgment. Discreet and trusted to handle high-level conversations and confidential information. Proven people management experience and confidence in leading a team.
