What you'll be doing;
Wear PPE
Move and load waste
Report contamination and non-compliant waste batteries
Report all service, safety and environmental concerns
Work as a team
Stay in contact with the team on 2 way radio
Look out for each other and our customers
Check all vehicles before using them, report defects
Stop the job if it's unsafe, report to line manager
Stay alert for fires, report smoke, smouldering and flames
What we're looking for;
Essential
Experienced working in an operational environment
Team working
Relevant yellow plant ticket/license
Desirable
Previous experience in a waste management environment
Effective Communication
Time Management
