Senior Sales Executive – B2B Corporate Sales
Location: Office-based, Salford Quays
Salary: £40,000 per annum + performance-based incentives
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team in Salford Quays. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high achiever with a strong background in B2B corporate sales within a service-based industry, who thrives on closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for managing and converting a significant pipeline of historic and qualified leads. This is not a telesales role — it requires strategic thinking, persistence, and confidence in navigating complex sales cycles to secure business wins.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of a large pipeline of existing corporate leads and move them through to close
* Follow up professionally on historical and inbound opportunities with structured persistence
* Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in client organisations
* Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals that meet client needs
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales and wider team to support bid processes where required
* Accurately maintain CRM records and report on sales activity and performance
About You:
* Minimum 5 years of B2B corporate sales experience in a service sector
* Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and consistently closing deals
* Tenacious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated to exceed targets
* Confident communicator who can engage with senior stakeholders professionally
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities at once
* Full UK driving licence required
* Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined reporting
