We're a fast-growing, independently owned venue with a packed calendar of shows, events and community activities — attracting visitors from across the region and beyond.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Team Member to join our growing team. You'll be part of a small but dynamic group handling all incoming enquiries for multiple brands across the venue, including Blackstock Market, Whisky & Water, Blackstock Roof Garden, and Hot Water Comedy Club.
This is a varied role with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, receive full training, and grow within the business. You'll work in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with flexibility to collaborate with colleagues based both on and off site.

* Man the main customer enquiry phone line while on site, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and professionally.
* Manage booking systems and online platforms for reservations, private hire, events, and ticketed shows.
* Process booking changes, cancellations, and special requests accurately and efficiently.
* Support the wider team with general admin tasks such as database updates, document organisation, and internal communications.
* Coordinate with marketing to help manage promotional offers, update digital advertising screens, and assist with basic content creation (training provided).
* Liaise with different departments including comedy, events, food traders, and management to ensure information is shared clearly and promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service at all times, maintaining the friendly and professional reputation of the venue.
* Work a flexible schedule including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday working is essential).
About You
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills are absolutely essential.
* Confident working across multiple apps and platforms (training provided).
* A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable handling a busy inbox, phone line, and multitasking across different priorities.
* A team player who enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment.
* Flexible with working hours, including regular weekends and some evenings.
* Previous admin, hospitality, or events experience is an advantage but not essential.

* Immediate start available.
* £25,000 per year pro rata.
* A relaxed, friendly working atmosphere with a supportive team.
