Shift patterns: The role follows a rotational shift pattern of any 5 days out of 7.
For two weeks: shifts will be either 06:30–14:00 or 08:00–15:30
Followed by two weeks: 15:30–23:00
Flexibility is required to cover the 23:00–06:30 night shift for holidays or sick leaves

We're now looking for a Warehouse Supervisor
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance in your designated area
To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
To track and trace orders using a digital in-house tracking software system, ensuring that records are maintained and kept at optimum level
Always maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring all operational practices meet DHL safety standards, site-specific H&S policies.
Working closely and collaboratively with the customer and the local customer team, supporting day‑to‑day requirements, aligning on operational priorities, and maintaining strong professional relationships.
this Role Would Suit People Who
Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
Previous experience of preparation and distribution of volume orders
Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
