Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Marketing Designer to support the marketing team with the creation of engaging digital content and marketing assets across a range of platforms.
This role focuses on design-led marketing execution, supporting the creation of visual content for campaigns, social media, promotional materials, and product launches.
The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency, support campaign delivery, and contribute creative ideas to enhance digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Production
* Create and adapt visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, banners, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.
* Support the design of marketing materials for game launches, promotions, and wider company initiatives.
* Ensure all creative assets align with company brand guidelines and visual standards.
* Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for different digital platforms and channels.
* Assist with updating and maintaining content on the company website.
Digital Marketing Support
* Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
* Support marketing initiatives through the development of creative assets and campaign materials.
Social Media Content
* Support the creation of visually engaging social media content.
* Help maintain a consistent visual identity across social media channels.
Campaign & Asset Coordination
* Work with the marketing team to prepare assets for campaign launches.
* Maintain organised libraries of marketing and design assets.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure creative materials are delivered on time.
Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong interest in digital design and marketing.
* Experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar platforms such as Figma.
* Good understanding of visual content for digital platforms.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
* Basic video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
* Understanding of social media content formats and digital trends.
* Previous internship or junior role in marketing, design, or creative content.
