Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily care and education of children in a nursery setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
* Develop and implement -appropriate learning activities that align with educational frameworks and developmental goals.
* Supervise and mentor nursery staff, including assistants and volunteers, to maintain high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and developmental milestones.
* Communicate regularly with parents on children’s development, concerns, and care plans.
Required Skills & Qualificati
* Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a related field.
* Valid certification in childcare, nursing, or early education, as required by local regulations.
* Strong knowledge of child protection policies, health and safety standards, and educational best practices.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, staff, and regulatory bodies.
