Job Description
Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Junior Customer Data Analyst to play a key role in optimising and personalising the digital customer journey. This role is critical in advancing the digital commerce experience and requires a customer-first, data-led approach to help deliver on group-wide digital KPIs.
The company is working in partnership with a well-established premium retail and eCommerce brand. This business operates across multiple channels, with its product offering available in physical stores, through third-party retailers, and online on a global scale.
Role and Responsibilities of this Junior Customer Data Analyst role-
* Design and execute data-driven, customer-focused visual merchandising strategies for the website and app.
* Manage onsite search configuration and performance the website & app
* Drive personalisation initiatives using tools such as Algolia and Nosto.
* Analyse A/B and multivariate test results to draw insights and provide clear next steps.
* Support ongoing optimisation projects to ensure best-in-class UX across the customer journey.
* Identify friction points through data analysis and recommend actionable solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user journey during key trading moments and promotional events.
