* Leading the team during shifts to deliver great food and service
* Running daily pre‑shift briefings and setting clear priorities
* Motivating, coaching, and training team members
* Managing food safety, health & safety, and audit standards
* Being accountable for the smooth running of your shift
* Creating a fun, high‑energy environment for both team and guests
Qualifications
* A lead‑from‑the‑front attitude with a fun, vibrant work ethic
* Previous management or supervisory experience
* Confidence with compliance and safety standards
* Flexibility to adapt in a fast‑paced, guest‑first environment
