Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
* Provide expert advice on products, pricing, and availability.
* Act as the go-to person for in-store customers, offering guidance and solutions.
* Build and manage customer relationships, proactively identifying sales opportunities.
* Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to secure sales.
* Manage transactions efficiently using the till system, maintaining security awareness.
* Uphold high standards of health and safety compliance, ensuring the safety of both staff and customers.
* Serve as the key point of contact for all health and safety duties, including regular updates and communication with management regarding safety protocols.
* Conduct monthly health and safety checks, identifying and addressing any potential hazards in the workplace.
In return you are getting the opportunity to move towards a Assistant Manager position whilst earning between £30,000 - £40,000.
