Overview
My client are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing technology recruitment business. This role is ideal for an individual with an ambition to build a niche and a strong track record in client development and revenue generation.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, leverage existing client relationships across the UK, Europe, and US, and further scale your market with full support from an experienced leadership team and in-house delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow a specialist technology recruitment desk (contract, permanent, or both)
* Win new business and build long-term, consultative client relationships
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
* Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within your chosen niche
* Collaborate with internal delivery teams to maximise efficiency and revenue
* Maintain a high standard of candidate and client experience
* Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets
Requirements
* 2-3+ years’ experience in technology recruitment
* Proven track record of billing success and client development
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a team environment
* Driven, ambitious, and motivated by financial reward and career progression
