Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Management: Provide expert advisory services on Building Services Engineering systems in commercial and public sector properties.
* Audits & Reports: Conduct audits, prepare condition reports, and advise on plant repairs and replacement programs.
* Client Relations: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, presenting findings and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, ensuring targets and costs are met.
* Project Management: Assist in the development of works management systems and oversee contractor performance on maintenance and minor works.
Essential Attributes:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in Building Services Engineering, preferably with a BEng or BSc in the field.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, and MS Project.
* Communication: Ability to communicate professionally in writing and present findings to clients.
* Mechanical or Electrical background/knowledge
