Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby, London or Milan Office.
We're looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner to support our fast-paced Digital and Commercial functions. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of a growing area of the business, providing strategic financial leadership and enabling data-driven decision making across revenue-generating and customer-focused teams.
You'll work closely with Digital, Commercial, and Finance teams to drive financial performance, support key initiatives, and deliver insightful, business-oriented analysis. You'll be a key voice in planning, budgeting and forecasting across both revenue and cost lines – bringing clarity, challenge, and a commercial mindset to everything you do.
What you will be doing:
* Translate functional strategies into clear financial plans, business targets, and KPIs.
* Lead the full planning cycle for Digital and Commercial – from budgeting through to forecasting and performance tracking.
* Deliver insightful reporting and analysis to influence strategic and operational decisions.
* Build strong partnerships across Digital, Commercial, and wider business teams, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
* Provide scenario modelling and investment appraisal to support innovation and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with regional teams and group finance to ensure alignment and consistency.
* Help simplify and standardise financial processes while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
About you:
* Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong finance background with demonstratable experience in business partnering and cross-functional collaboration.
* Proven track record in digital, e-commerce, or commercial finance environments.
* Strong financial planning, analysis, and modelling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
* Experience with SAP and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is desirable.
* Commercially aware, with excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
