Want to lead the charge on how Europe plays, engages, and competes? Bauer Media is seeking a Director of Live Operations to own the performance, strategy, and monetization of our Games & Competitions portfolio across markets.
You’ll be at the centre of it all:
* Advising market CEOs and product leads on new game launches and monetization
* Rolling out testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement
* Defining and tracking KPIs to deliver on our consumer growth ambitions
* Creating a scalable portfolio across SMS, digital, and mobile formats
* Partnering with data, marketing, product and compliance teams across Europe
What we’re looking for:
* 10+ years in live game ops, product portfolios, or competition management
* Deep knowledge of real-time product engagement, monetization, and growth levers
* Experience leading cross-market initiatives
* iGaming, mobile gaming, or competitions background is essential
