Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor is required to support infrastructure projects across the Yorkshire and North West regions, providing commercial management and contract administration on either a major scheme or several smaller projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer subcontract packages, including procurement, change control, and valuations
* Manage contract correspondence and issue notices in line with NEC contracts
* Produce monthly cost reports, CVRs, and maintain accurate cost plans
* Support operational teams with site records and commercial compliance
* Attend progress and risk meetings, contributing commercial insight
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and construction processes
* Proficiency in systems such as Excel, CEMAR, Oracle
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally with (or working toward) MRICS/MCIOB
* CSCS card required
